This 60 minute session includes a comprehensive intake to determine the suspected cause of headaches or jaw tension and pain. Treatment includes trigger point therapy, massage, and fascial release to soft tissue of the shoulders, neck and head. During pregnancy, massage helps to reverse the effects of physical and mental fatigue, while also improving circulation, decreasing stress in weight-bearing joints, and lessening pain in the muscles of the lower back, shoulders, neck, and calves. Techniques used ensure a healthier pregnancy, create a more restful mind and body, and prepare the body for the birthing process.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a light touch approach to bodywork that enhances the body’s own healing capabilities. Working with the central nervous system, this approach allows the body to relax and self-correct. Craniosacral therapy is great for those in a high stress state after trauma, and can create dramatic improvements in physical and mental wellness.

Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of clearing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created when cups are placed on the skin, either by means of heat or suction. This vacuum draws up the underlying tissues, increasing local circulation and releasing fascial restrictions. Chinese cupping can be added to any session at Action Dynamix free of charge.
All of our sessions are priced for time, regardless of the modality you choose.
Your therapist will consult with you prior to your session to tailor their work to your needs. There is no additional charge for
Hot packs or infrared heat
Gua Sha (when applicable).
