There aren't enough stars to rate Rob Zimmerman. In his sessions, everything is made clear and nothing is mysterious. He is utterly respectful and a careful creator of safety, which allowed me to be fully present and receive the bodywork more completely. Many practitioners run through standard routines without truly making use of client communication; Rob listens deeply (to my words and to my body) and uses his vast understanding, ever-growing toolkit, and intuitive knowing to fine-tune the work, moment-to-moment, according to my feedback—his bodywork is a true collaboration. At the end of my first session I looked in the mirror and the words "welcome to your healing" came to mind. After four biweekly sessions, my body is moving differently, creating new habits and patterns with the freed-up fascia and structural integration Rob wove through our sessions. He is a master and a passionate student, continually learning... which means he's only becoming more masterful from here. This work feels aligned and sacred; Rob is an instrument of healing. As a Physical Therapist—I trust Connor not only with myself but patients of mine. She is very intuitive, and focuses on the areas you ask her too. She is a strong massage therapist skill wise— but also just a wonderful, mindful and insightful human.
